Most digital work gets split across people who never meet: someone decides what the site should say, someone else designs it, someone else builds it, someone else is supposed to keep it working. Every hand-off loses a little of the idea. JinYer Balance exists to keep the idea whole. I work on the structure, the words, the design, the code and the systems behind them as one project — because that is how they behave once they’re live.
Structure before decoration. I start with what the business actually offers, what people come looking for, and the shortest path between the two. Then the design has something to serve.
Built to be owned. Websites, databases, email, domains — set up in your accounts, in your name. When the project ends, you have the keys, not a dependency.
Both languages from the start. English and Spanish are written separately, each in its own register, not translated afterward. Your Spanish-speaking clients get the same care as your English-speaking ones.
Continuity. You talk to the person doing the work, from the first conversation to the last file. When a project needs another specialist, I bring in the right person and stay responsible for the whole.
