The Brief

Lezz Gluten isn't just a gluten-free food brand — it's a story about accessibility, flavor, and the belief that nobody should have to sacrifice taste to eat well. When they came to us, they needed that story told visually.

The documentary brief was simple: capture who they are. Show the process, the people, the passion. Let the product speak for itself — but give it a voice. This was our first full documentary project, and it set the template for everything we have built in video production since.

What We Produced

  • Mini documentary capturing the brand story. A short-form documentary that follows the Lezz Gluten founders through their process — the kitchen, the ingredients, the mission behind every recipe. Authentic, unhurried, and built to make a first-time viewer feel like they already know the brand.
  • Product visuals for social and website use. A library of product-forward footage and stills: close-ups, texture shots, plating moments — everything a brand needs to populate social feeds, product pages, and digital ads without looking generic.
  • Bilingual content strategy and rollout support. The Lezz Gluten audience is bilingual. We structured the content and rollout to reach both English and Spanish-speaking communities from day one — not as a translation afterthought, but as a parallel narrative strategy.
  • Brand identity work. Logo design, visual system, and packaging concepts that gave Lezz Gluten a consistent look and feel across every touchpoint — from the documentary thumbnail to the product label.
  • E-commerce store setup on Printful and Shopify. A complete online store built to sell — branded, organized, and connected to fulfillment from day one. The store extended the documentary's storytelling into the purchase experience.
